Protesters Storm INEC Headquarters in Abuja Over Electoral Malpractice

Protesters, mainly women from the Warri Indigen Women Forum, protested at the INEC headquarters in Abuja, accusing INEC of carrying out electoral delinquencies that threaten the political survival of the Itsekiri people. They demanded the immediate suspension of these exercises and warned of legal action.

The protesters submitted a petition alleging electoral irregularities in the Warri Federal Constituency, part of Delta State. The group condemned the reported fixing of elections in Edo, Ondo, and parts of Delta State, outside the Warri Federal Constituency.

The protest highlighted concerns over electoral integrity and human rights violations.
