France's national football team triumphed over Morocco with a score of 2-0, securing their place in the semi-finals of the World Cup. The match took place in Boston, where Kylian Mbappé opened the scoring, marking his eighth goal in World Cup matches.

Ousmane Dembélé extended the lead six minutes later. Morocco's Noussair Mazraoui had a penalty saved by Yassine Bounou in the first half, but Mbappé redeemed the French side with a curling effort in the 60th minute.

Dembélé's goal followed shortly after, despite Bounou's attempt to save it. This victory confirms France's status as a favorite in the tournament, as they aim for their third World Cup title after previously losing to Argentina in the 2022 final.
