Nigerian ADC Stakeholders Demand Zoning of House of Reps Ticket to Okpokwu for 2027 Elections

ADC stakeholders in Nigeria are demanding the zoning of the House of Representatives ticket to Okpokwu for the 2027 general elections. The stakeholders argue that Okpokwu, within the Ogbadibo Federal Constituency, should produce the next representative to ensure equity and fairness in the rotation of political positions.

The call for zoning was made during a crucial stakeholder meeting attended by ward chairmen, party secretaries, women, and youth leaders across the Edumoga district. The stakeholders emphasized the need for Okpokwu to have a chance based on the principle of equity and fairness.

They urged aspirants from outside Okpokwu to step down and respect the zoning agreement to maintain unity within the party and strengthen their chances in the upcoming elections.
