Epe LG Chair Backs Tinubu's 2027 Re-Election Bid

On a Saturday, Princess Surah Animashaun, the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government Council, publicly declared her support for President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid for the 2027 general elections. This announcement was made during a caucus meeting of the Progressive Congress held at the council secretariat in Ita Marun, Epe.

Animashaun stated that her endorsement followed consultations with stakeholders and emphasized the need for grassroots mobilization. She commended Tinubu's administration for reforms in local government autonomy, infrastructure, security, agriculture, and economic management, noting that these policies have positively impacted the community.

Animashaun urged APC leaders, former chairmen, councillors, and ward leaders to begin mobilization efforts ahead of the upcoming elections, encouraging them to spread the message of support for Tinubu at every polling unit, ward, and household.
