Fernandes Criticizes Referee After United's Draw with Bournemouth

During the match, Matheus Cunha scored for Manchester United, giving them a 1-0 lead, but Ryan Christie equalized for Bournemouth. After Diallo's foul, Attwell waved play on, and later, James Hill's own goal restored United's lead.

However, Bournemouth leveled the score again. Fernandes noted that Harry Maguire received a straight red card for a similar foul in another match, questioning why VAR did not intervene in Diallo's case.

He expressed his dissatisfaction with the referee's decisions and the VAR's lack of action, stating that it was difficult to understand why two penalties were not awarded.
