Iwobi Shines as Fulham Defeats Sunderland 3-1 in EPL

In a Premier League match on Sunday at the Stadium of Light, Fulham FC secured a convincing 3-1 victory over Sunderland FC, ending their three-match losing streak and moving them to tenth place in the league standings. Alex Iwobi was instrumental in the win, delivering a corner kick that allowed striker Raúl Jiménez to head home the opening goal.

Shortly after, Jiménez converted a penalty following a VAR review of a foul by Sunderland's Calvin Bassey. Sunderland managed to reduce the deficit with a penalty scored by Enzo Le Fée after Ryan Sessegnon committed a foul.

However, Fulham quickly responded with a counter-attack led by Welsh winger Harry Wilson, who assisted Iwobi, allowing him to finish calmly and secure the three points for Fulham.
