FG Declares End to Corruption in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions

The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced the end of corruption and impunity in tertiary institutions, stressing the enforcement of transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership. Dr.

Maruf Alausa, speaking on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education, highlighted the need for fiscal discipline, zero tolerance for corruption, and prudent resource management. The government aims to build public trust, attract investments, and promote innovation in polytechnic education to drive sustainable national development.

Alausa emphasized the importance of promoting entrepreneurship, research, and industrial partnerships in polytechnics to equip graduates with practical skills for the industry.
