Eterna Plc: Mrs. Phoebean Ifeadi Retires as Executive Director

Eterna Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of the retirement of Mrs. Phoebean Ifeadi from her position as Executive Director, Corporate Services of the Company.

According to the filing dated 21 May 2026, Mrs. Ifeadi's retirement took effect from 13 May 2026. She was originally appointed to the Board in that capacity in October 2021, giving her a tenure of approximately four and a half years in the role.
