Eterna PLC Names Dr. Jude Nwaulune as New MD/CEO

Eterna PLC has informed the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Dr. Jude Nwaulune as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 14 May 2026. He succeeds Mr. Olumide Adeosun, who resigned from the same role with effect from 13 May 2026.

Dr. Nwaulune brings over 19 years of professional experience in Nigeria's downstream energy sector, covering sales, marketing, business development, logistics, and operations management. He has been involved in petroleum retail expansion, LPG penetration, bulk storage management, and nationwide distribution operations over the past 12 years.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, an MSc in Marketing Communications, and a PhD in Strategic Marketing Management, both from Babcock University. He is a member of multiple professional bodies including CILT, CIPMN, NIMN, NIM, NIPR, and NITAD.

Prior to this appointment, Dr. Nwaulune served as Managing Director of Rainoil Logistics Services Limited. The filing was signed by David Edet, Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.
