EU-Funded SUSTAIN Program Boosts Nigerian STEM Talents with Opportunities in Europe

The EU-funded SUSTAIN program aims to enhance Nigerian STEM talents by offering 240 professionals access to career opportunities in Europe. Implemented by Seefar in partnership with ICMPD and co-funded by the EU, the initiative will match candidates with jobs in Europe's expanding STEM sector.

Participants will receive pre-departure support and training to integrate into the European workforce. The program seeks to strengthen Nigeria's diaspora network, boost remittances, and facilitate long-term knowledge transfer for sustainable development.
