Nana Kwame Abraham Signs with AS GNN FC in Niger

Nana Kwame Abraham, a 23-year-old Ghanaian midfielder, has joined Association Sportive de la Garde Nationale (AS GNN FC) in the Republic of Niger, confirming the move on his verified Facebook page. He signed a one-year contract that will keep him at the club until the end of the next season.

Abraham had an impressive 2025/2026 season with Barau FC in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), where he played several matches and provided key assists, helping the club finish eighth in the league and reach the quarter-finals of the President Federation Cup. Prior to his time at Barau FC, he played for two Kano-based clubs, including Chanji FC.

He expressed excitement about starting this new chapter in his career and thanked his fans for their support. Additionally, Abraham previously played for AS Garde Nationale, where he won several domestic honors, including the Niger Premier League and the Niger Cup.
