Hunter Biden Reveals Joe Biden's Cancer Has Spread

Hunter Biden spoke about his father, former United States President Joe Biden, and his ongoing battle with cancer, stating that the illness has become increasingly difficult for the family to witness. In an interview published by the BBC, Hunter revealed that Joe Biden's cancer has spread to his bones, describing the condition as painful and debilitating.

Joe Biden announced his diagnosis of an aggressive form of prostate cancer in May 2025, four months after leaving the White House. He had previously stated that his treatment was progressing well and expressed gratitude for the support he received.

Biden mentioned that doctors expected him to respond positively to medication, stating, “The prognosis is good, we’re working on it.” He has been spending more time with family during his treatment. Joe Biden withdrew from the 2024 presidential race in July 2024, and Vice President Kamala Harris succeeded him as the Democratic nominee, later losing the election to Donald Trump.

His memoir, "Promise Me, America," is set for publication in November.
