Kano Dominates 2025 NECO Exams, Sets New Standard in Education

Kano State shines in the 2025 NECO exams, leading nationwide with the best performance. According to NECO Registrar Ibrahim Wushishi, Kano students excelled by obtaining at least five credits, including Mathematics and English.

Oyo State secured the third position in the assessment. Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf expressed excitement and gratitude for the achievement, while former Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso congratulated the students and praised the state's investment in the education sector.

This success marks a significant improvement for Kano, as past results were sometimes withheld due to examination fees. The current outcome showcases the state government's commitment to education and student success.
