Benue Leaders Plead with Trump to Extend Airstrikes in Nigeria Amid Terror Attacks

Benue community leaders have appealed to President Donald Trump to extend airstrikes to North-East and North-Central Nigeria to eliminate terrorist groups targeting Nigerian Christians and Muslims. The leaders commend Trump for previous strikes in the North-West and urge him to keep his word in combating terrorism.

The plea comes following ongoing attacks in Benue State, with hundreds of thousands displaced and in IDP camps. Tribal leader Iorbe Ihagh has written a letter thanking Trump for taking bold steps to end the Christian genocide in Nigeria.
