Pardew Claims Liverpool Will Halt Arsenal's Quadruple Dream

Alan Pardew, the former manager of Crystal Palace, has expressed his belief that Liverpool will thwart Arsenal's ambitions of winning a quadruple this season. Pardew insists that Mikel Arteta's team will not lift the Champions League trophy.

His comments came after Arsenal's impressive 4-0 victory over Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup fourth round on Sunday, which featured goals from Noni Madueke, Gabriel Martinelli, an own goal by Jack Hunt, and a finish from Gabriel Jesus. This win allowed Arsenal to progress to the round of 16, keeping them in contention for not just the FA Cup, but also the Carabao Cup, Premier League, and Champions League.

Pardew mentioned in an interview with TalkSport that Liverpool's focus will be on winning the Champions League, indicating that they have the potential to succeed in that competition.
