Nigeria's FG, States, LGs Share N2.103 Trillion Revenue in September 2025

The Federal Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) distributed a total of N2.103 trillion in revenue among the Federal Government, state governments, and local government councils in Nigeria for September 2025. This amount comprised statutory revenue of N1.239 trillion and VAT revenue of N812.593 billion.

The FAAC meeting held in Abuja revealed that the total gross revenue available for the month was N3.054 trillion, with deductions for costs and transfers. The Federal Government received N711.314 billion, state governments received N727.170 billion, and local government councils received N529.954 billion.

Bawa Mokwa, the Director of Press and Public Relations, issued a statement detailing the revenue distribution.
