Nigeria's Falcons to Face Egypt and Zambia in WAFCON 2026 Draw

The Nigerian women's national football team, the Falcons, have been drawn to face Egypt and Zambia in the WAFCON 2026 tournament in Morocco. The tournament will feature 16 teams, including debutants Malawi, and will run from March 17 to April 3, 2026.

Nigeria, the defending champions, will aim to secure their 11th continental title. The draw also includes fixtures such as a North African derby between Algeria and Morocco, as well as matches involving other African powerhouses like Ghana, Cameroon, and South Africa.
