Father Allegedly Kills and Buries Teenage Son in Edo, Police Arrest Suspect

In Edo State, a father allegedly killed his teenage son after assaulting him with a stick and giving him hard drugs, resulting in the boy's death. The suspect reportedly buried the body secretly within the family compound.

The police, led by ASP Eno Ikoedem, conducted preliminary investigations, exhumed the body, and arrested the suspect. The case has been transferred to the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation and prosecution.
