FCCPC Recovers N10 Billion for Nigerian Consumers in Banking and Fintech Sectors

The FCCPC has recovered over N10 billion for consumers in various sectors, including banking, fintech, and more, following complaints lodged between March and August 2025. The complaints spanned unauthorized deductions, unfair charges, service failures, and deceptive marketing.

The Director of Corporate Affairs, Ondaje Ijagwu, highlighted the significance of these recoveries in addressing consumer frustrations and challenges faced by Nigerians in essential services. The data reflects the financial difficulties consumers face daily.
