FEC Mourns Ex-Minister Audu Ogbeh

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) expressed deep sorrow over the passing of former Minister Audu Ogbeh, who served in various capacities in Nigeria's government. Ogbeh, a former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, passed away at the age of 78.

Senator George Akume, on behalf of the FEC, mourned Ogbeh's death, highlighting his exceptional commitment to national development. Akume praised Ogbeh's dedication to service, noting his unwavering support for progress and unity since the 1970s.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) also extolled Ogbeh's contributions, calling his death a national and personal loss. The SGF emphasized Ogbeh's deep bond with his heritage and dedication to serving the people of Benue State and the country.
