Nigerian Government Bans SS3 Admission to Curb Exam Malpractice

The Nigerian Ministry of Education has announced a nationwide ban on admission and transfer of students into SS3 in both public and private secondary schools to address the increasing incidents of exam malpractice, including the use of special centers during external exams. The new policy, effective from the 2026-2027 academic session, aims to discourage last-minute movements of students for exam-related advantages.
