Nigerian Government Launches 2nd Phase of Jubilee Fellow Programme to Create 20,000 Jobs Annually

The Nigerian government has unveiled the second phase of the Jubilee Fellow Programme, led by Vice President Kashim Shettima, aiming to create 20,000 jobs annually. The initiative, in collaboration with UNDP and the European Union, seeks to provide mentorship and real-world work experience to high-potential graduates.

The program has already empowered 14,000 young Nigerians through a 12-month paid fellowship. Shettima emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between education and job opportunities to harness the nation's demographic strength for economic growth.
