FG Unveils Revised Curriculum for Nigerian Schools to Enhance Learning.

The Federal Government has completed a comprehensive review of the curriculum for basic, senior secondary, and technical education in Nigeria. The review, conducted in collaboration with key stakeholders like the Nigerian Educational Research Development Council (NERDC), aimed to reduce overload and enhance learning outcomes.

The new curriculum framework, set to take effect in the upcoming academic year, will streamline subject offerings, promote practical learning, and ensure education remains relevant in today's world. Minister of Education, Maruf Tunji Alausa, and Minister of State Education, Professor Suwaiba Sai Ahmad, highlighted the importance of the revised curriculum in allowing more time for learning and making education more practical and relevant.
