FIFA Introduces New Rule Ahead of AFCON 2025, CAF Yet to Respond

FIFA has introduced a new rule, revealed by Pierluigi Collina, head of FIFA's Referees Committee, which will significantly impact teams during matches, aiming to curb time wastage and keep the game flowing smoothly. The rule involves players receiving medical attention on the field being allowed to leave the pitch for a maximum of two minutes, temporarily reducing the team to ten players.
