FIFA Reveals 2026 World Cup Best XI Team of the Tournament

FIFA has unveiled its official Team of the Tournament for the 2026 World Cup, which concluded recently. The team is arranged in a 4-3-3 formation and includes players from seven different nations, celebrating the top performers from the tournament held in Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Spain, the newly crowned champions, has three representatives: defenders Marc Cucurella and Pedro Porro, and midfielder Rodri, who was instrumental in their victory. Runners-up Argentina are represented by two players: captain Lionel Messi, who continues to shine, and defender Lisandro Martínez.

France also has three players in the XI: Kylian Mbappé, Michael Olise, and centre-back Dayot Upamecano. England's Jude Bellingham is recognized for his impressive performance, while Norway's Erling Haaland is selected as the central forward due to his prolific scoring.

Cape Verde's Vozinha is included as the goalkeeper after delivering remarkable performances. Notably, there is no inclusion for Unai Simon, the FIFA Goalkeeper of the Tournament, or FIFA Young Player Cubarsi.
