Despite the legal victory, Nestoil faced challenges accessing its corporate office due to security measures. The dispute involved high-profile debt issues with FBNQuest Merchant Bank and First Bank.

Nestoil's legal representative, Chino Obiagwu, confirmed the development. The company ensured no substantial damage to its property during the takeover.
