Governor Fintiri Approves N1.2bn for Maiha–Mubi Road Construction and SDGs Projects

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has approved the construction of a 24km Maiha–Mubi Road in Nigeria, allocating N1.2bn for SDGs projects. The road, expected to be completed within 15 months, was originally a federal project but had been abandoned since 2002, causing hardship for commuters and traders.

Governor Fintiri's administration intervened to address the dilapidated road conditions. Additionally, the Governor approved the release of N1 billion as counterpart funding for the 2025 SDGs Conditional Grant Scheme in Adamawa State to support critical social projects in healthcare, education, and community development.

This move underscores the government's commitment to improving infrastructure and social development for the benefit of the people of Adamawa State.
