Moniepoint Celebrates 10th Anniversary, Disburses N1tn Credit to Nigerian Small Businesses

Moniepoint, a Nigerian fintech firm, marks its 10th anniversary by announcing the disbursement of N1 trillion in credit to micro and small enterprises across the country. The company, led by its Group CEO and Founder Tosin Eniolorunda, has played a significant role in supporting Nigeria's small business economy.

Moniepoint has provided financial services to six million active businesses, including neighborhood provision stores, supermarkets, and building material merchants. As Nigeria's largest merchant acquirer, the firm powers 8 out of every 10 payments made in the country.

Eniolorunda expressed the company's mission to create financial happiness and outlined plans for product development, market expansion, and capital allocation. Moniepoint aims to deepen partnerships and attract world-class institutional investors as it enters its second decade of operations.
