Brass Castle Homes Delivers 16 Affordable Units to Tackle Nigeria's Housing Deficit

Brass Castle Homes, led by Managing Director Peacemaker Afolabi, has delivered 16 affordable housing units in Ilasan, Lekki, Lagos, over the past three years. Afolabi highlighted Nigeria's housing shortage affecting 28 million people and emphasized the importance of reducing this deficit through private sector collaboration.

The company plans to construct an additional 18 units to provide more affordable housing options. Afolabi urged the government to streamline building approval processes and enforce building standards to prevent collapses and ensure sustainable development.
