Chigbu's innovative approach includes offering credit facilities to medical professionals to acquire equipment at affordable rates, with a payment plan spread over 24 months. The initiative also involves training doctors, radiologists, and sonographers to operate modern medical equipment effectively.

By addressing the lack of practical experience among African doctors, Cassona Healthcare Group aims to improve healthcare services in Nigeria through structured training and continuous support.
