Sunbeth Energies Unveils Abuja's First Self-Service Fuel Station

Sunbeth Energies has launched the first self-service fuel station in Abuja, located in the Wuse area. Abiola Ameen, Chief Marketing Officer of Sunbeth Energies, stated that this service empowers customers to control their fuelling process, enabling them to initiate, complete, and monitor fuel purchases independently.

Customers can select the fuel quantity or value, complete payment, receive pump authorization, and dispense fuel themselves, with transaction confirmation upon completion. Trained personnel will assist first-time users.

This launch builds on Sunbeth Energies' successful self-service model at its Ogba outlet in Lagos, which achieved 100% transaction success with zero downtime over the past month. Lateef Abioye, Managing Director of Sunbeth Energies, emphasized that the performance in Lagos has reinforced the company's belief in the importance of technology and customer experience in the future of downstream retail.

The self-service process involves five stages: purchasing fuel, completing payment, receiving pump authorization, dispensing fuel, and confirming the transaction.
