First HoldCo Plc Reschedules Q2 2026 Results Board Meeting

First HoldCo Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of a change in the date for its board meeting to approve the Q2 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements. The new date for the board's consideration of the financial statements is July 20, 2026.
First HoldCo Plc (NGX: FIRSTHOLDCO) filed a corporate action notice dated July 17, 2026, informing the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of a revised date for its board meeting to approve the company's Q2 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements (Q2 2026 UFS).
According to the filing, the company had previously published a Notice of Board Meeting and Closed Period indicating an earlier date for the approval of the Q2 2026 UFS. The company has now notified stakeholders that the board will instead consider the Q2 2026 UFS on July 20, 2026.
The filing states that all other details contained in the original board meeting notice remain unchanged. The notice was signed by Abiola Baruwa, Group Company Secretary, on behalf of First HoldCo Plc.
The company's board, chaired by Mr. Olufemi Otedola (CON), includes Group Managing Director Mr. Adebowale Oyedeji, alongside directors Dr. Alimi Abdul-Razaq, Dr. (Sir) Peter Aliogo, Mrs. Kofo Dosekun, Dr. Abiodun O.
