Flutterwave Facilitates Dangote IPO Participation for Investors

Flutterwave, Africa’s leading payments technology company, is enabling Nigerians, both at home and abroad, to participate in the initial public offering (IPO) of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals. The company provides digital payment infrastructure for retail and diaspora investors to fund their share subscriptions.
Flutterwave's experience includes facilitating payments for MTN Nigeria’s public offering in 2021. The Dangote IPO allows investors to purchase shares in the refinery, which has a refining capacity of 650,000 barrels per day, making it the world’s largest single-train refinery.
Investors can subscribe for a minimum of 10 shares at ₦525 per share (₦5,250) through Chapel Hill Denham’s subscription platform. The process is designed to be straightforward, allowing new users to access the subscription journey without an existing Flutterwave account.
Investors can also use Owo by Mono on WhatsApp for subscriptions. Those without bank accounts will be provided with a Flutterwave Microfinance Bank account.
Payment does not guarantee full allocation, and unallocated funds will be refunded.
