Asake and Omah Lay Release New Music Videos to Watch

Asake's latest music video for "Oba" presents a behind-the-scenes look at his creative process, moving away from elaborate street scenes to an intimate late-night recording session. Directed by Director Buise, the video features Asake alongside producers and backing vocalists, emphasizing his signature style and the royal theme of the song from his M$NEY album.

Omah Lay's "Canada Breeze," from his Clarity of Mind album, explores themes of personal growth and spirituality, pairing his melodic delivery with introspective lyrics. The music video enhances the song's reflective mood.

Additionally, Omah Lay's "Artificial Happiness," also from the Clarity of Mind album, features a cinematic approach, depicting the singer in an abandoned warehouse surrounded by mysterious figures, co-directed by Omah Lay and NWSPK. Other notable releases include FOLA's "miss you ii (nriri)" and Young Jonn's "Glass in the Air," both contributing to the vibrant landscape of new Nigerian music.
