Niger Delta Chieftain Asserts Rivers State is Bigger Than One Man Amidst Impeachment Move

Annkio Brigg, a prominent Niger Delta activist, has declared that Rivers State is larger than any single individual, in response to the impeachment proceedings against Governor Siminalayi Fubara. Brigg criticized the political class during a TV program, highlighting the importance of the state's progress not being dependent on the whims of one person.

She questioned the logic behind the impeachment move and expressed concerns about the political instability. Brigg emphasized the strong support for Governor Nyesom Wike and the belief that people in Rivers State will stand by him regardless of political affiliations.

She clarified that she is not a member of the APC but maintains loyalty to the interests of River State.
