Galatasaray Boss Discloses What He Told Victor Osimhen Before Dropping Him vs Gaziantep

Galatasaray head coach Okan Buruk revealed that he had a conversation with striker Victor Osimhen before dropping him from the squad for the match against Gaziantep. Despite Osimhen impressing during his loan spell with the Turkish club, Buruk decided to leave him out of the team.

Galatasaray went on to win the match against Gaziantep, with Baris Alper Yilmaz scoring two penalties and Eren Elmali adding a goal in the first half. Buruk admitted that the team struggled in the first half but managed to secure three points.

Osimhen also missed the final match of last season and is expected to make a comeback in the upcoming games. The Nigerian forward, who recently completed a permanent move to Napoli, expressed that his daughter played a crucial role in his decision to join the Italian club.
