Galatasaray Players Acknowledge Impact of Osimhen's Injury

Galatasaray players have officially stated that the absence of Victor Osimhen has cost the team valuable points in their recent matches. Osimhen suffered an arm injury during a UEFA Champions League tie against Liverpool last month and is expected to return to action later this month, according to reports from a leading Turkish newspaper.

The players met to assess their recent performances and concluded that Osimhen's absence has adversely affected their results. Mauro Icardi, a teammate, emphasized that the team has struggled without Osimhen, who is known for his ability to influence matches positively.

As a result of Osimhen's injury, Galatasaray has dropped eight points and currently sits just one point ahead of second-place Trabzonspor in the title race, with six rounds of matches remaining in the season.
