Osimhen Advances Recovery from Injury Ahead of Matches

Victor Osimhen, a 27-year-old striker for the Super Eagles, is currently recovering from an arm injury he sustained during a UEFA Champions League clash against Liverpool last month. According to updates from Galatasaray's official website, Osimhen spent the previous week working in the gym and undergoing surgery.

He has now started running drills on the field with the assistance of a physiotherapist. Osimhen is anticipated to return to full team training by April 20, which will prepare him for the upcoming intercontinental derby against Fenerbahçe a few days later.

Following this match, Galatasaray will face Göztepe in a league game on Wednesday.
