APC's Gbenga Daniel Remains Bonafide Member Despite Alleged Suspension

The National Working Committee of the APC clarified that Gbenga Daniel, a former governor of Ogun State, is still a member of the party despite alleged suspension for anti-party activities. The suspension was purportedly invalid and unconstitutional, as it did not follow the party's constitution.

The NWC, in a letter dated November 17, 2025, emphasized that Daniel's membership status remains intact. This decision comes after a press conference where APC leaders in Ogun East expressed support for Daniel and denounced the alleged suspension as fake.

The NWC is yet to deliberate further on the matter.
