NOG Energy Week 2026 to Boost Africa's Energy Investments

The NOG Energy Week 2026 is scheduled to take place in Abuja from July 5-9, 2026, marking its 25th anniversary. The event aims to scale energy investments and strengthen infrastructure across Africa's energy landscape, with a strong focus on Nigeria as a critical hub for oil and gas.

The theme for the conference is "Advancing Energy Ambit: Competitive and Resilient Economies," and it will bring together stakeholders from across the continent to drive strategic actions for energy security and sustainable growth. The conference will spotlight eight strategic pillars to translate policy discussions into measurable outcomes, emphasizing a fully integrated energy system approach.

Key figures expected to attend include Heineken Lokpobiri, Ekperikp Ekpo, and Ruth Nankabirwa Ssentamu, alongside representatives from major institutions like the World Bank and African Development Bank. The event anticipates around 7,500 attendees and 300 exhibitors from 85 countries, serving as a platform for high-level negotiations and partnerships to address Africa's energy market challenges.
