‘Gov. Mutfwang silent as terrorists take over our communities’ – Ex-guber candidate cries out

Former Plateau State governorship candidate, Chief Yohana Yilpwan Margif, has accused Governor Caleb Mutfwang of remaining silent as terrorists and bandits take over communities in the state. Margif, speaking on behalf of the Labour Party, expressed concern over the invasion of several communities by these groups, particularly in the Bokkos local government area.

He alleged a plot by Fulani herders to annihilate the Mushere people and take over their land, describing it as a coordinated effort. Margif highlighted the killings and raids across Plateau, pointing out a strategic plan to seize ancestral farmland.

He criticized the governor's inaction and failure to fulfill promises of protection, calling on all citizens to unite against the threat. Margif urged the community to demand urgent action and not succumb to complacency in the face of this existential crisis.
