Governor Idris Congratulates Muslims on Eid-el-Fitr

Governor Idris of Kebbi State, Comrade Nasir Idris, extended congratulations to Muslims on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, acknowledging their dedication, prayers, and sacrifices during Ramadan. In a statement made by his special adviser, Abdullahi Idris Sadaukin Zuru, the governor expressed gratitude for the opportunity to celebrate this occasion.

He commended the resilience and support of the people towards his administration, citing achievements in education, infrastructure, agriculture, and economic empowerment. Governor Idris highlighted recent distributions of Ramadan palliatives and dry season farm inputs as examples of his administration's efforts, noting that it is not the time to double efforts compared to the previous year.

He reassured the public of his commitment to security and support for agencies training youth volunteers, emphasizing the collaboration of hundreds of youth volunteers with security personnel from the military, police, and other state security services. The governor thanked traditional rulers, Islamic scholars, APC stakeholders, civil servants, and non-governmental organizations for their cooperation towards the success of his administration and promised to sustain development programs.
