Greensprings Football Camp Returns for 12th Edition

The Greensprings Football Camp is set to return for its 12th edition, scheduled from April 26 to May 1, 2026. This annual camp, recognized for its significant impact on grassroots sports development in Nigeria, aims to bring together young football talents for intensive training.

Over the past decade, the camp has trained 2,200 children, combining structured football education with mentorship and academic opportunities. The initiative seeks to strengthen the broader football ecosystem, with invitations extended to international coaches to train 200 coaches from Lagos State, who will actively shape young talent in grassroots communities.

The program's long-term impact is increasingly evident, with four alumni currently playing professional football in Europe and five representing Nigeria at the U-17 level, including notable player Jubril Azeez. The camp will feature experienced local and international coaches delivering structured sessions focused on technical skills and tactics, ensuring comprehensive player development.
