Youth Group Backs Tinubu, Calls for National Unity

The Amalgam Region Youth Organ Nigeria passed a vote of confidence on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, citing ongoing economic, educational, and infrastructural reforms aimed at repositioning the country for sustainable growth. The coalition, led by Mallam Ibrahim Ibrahim, urged Nigerian youths to embrace unity and patriotism, emphasizing that constructive engagement is essential for national progress.

They expressed concern over attempts by certain individuals to promote division and undermine national cohesion. The group acknowledged the short-term difficulties posed by reforms but argued they are necessary for economic recovery.

They commended the administration for initiatives like the Nigerian Education Loan Fund and the 3 Million Technical Talent Program, which aim to expand access to higher education and equip youths with digital skills. The coalition also noted major infrastructure projects and the administration's commitment to renewable energy development.

They encouraged participation in the upcoming Renew Hope Youth Festival scheduled for June 12, 2026, at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
