Group Petitions Governor Uzodimma Over Alleged Murder by Government Agency in Imo State

A non-governmental organization, Protect Weak International Foundation, has petitioned Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma over the alleged murder of Chukwudi Ordu in Uratta, Owerri. The petition accuses men from the Imo State Environment Transformation Commission (ENTRACO), allegedly led by the governor's aide, of being involved in the raid that led to Ordu's death.

Ordu was shot during the raid, underwent surgeries, but eventually succumbed to his injuries. The group is demanding justice for Ordu and other victims of human rights violations in Imo State.
