Governor Donates N20m to Support Students After GSU Fire Incident - Safety Measures Enhanced

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State has donated N20 million to support students affected by a recent fire incident at Gombe State University. The Governor visited the university to inspect the damage and commiserate with the affected students.

He emphasized the importance of observing school safety regulations and announced plans to construct a new female hostel to address accommodation challenges and prevent future incidents. The Governor directed relevant authorities to expedite the construction process and enhance fire safety measures on the campus.
