GTCO Launches 9th Fashion Weekend in Lagos for 2026

Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO) (NGX: GTCO) has unveiled the ninth edition of its GTCO Fashion Weekend, scheduled for November 7 and 8, 2026, at the GTCentre in Oniru, Lagos, under the theme "Fashion Is Timeless." The event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily and is free to the public. This year's edition aims to celebrate fashion as a lasting expression of creativity, culture, and identity while promoting enterprise and supporting the growth of Africa's fashion industry.

The event will include masterclasses led by industry professionals such as Sherlina Nym, Rachel Ojuromi, and Renee Morris, as well as a skincare masterclass by Buttah Skin. The runway will showcase designers from Africa and beyond, with day one featuring collections from Tongoro, FIA Factory, and others, while day two will include Sukeina, House of Marvee, and more.

Additionally, there will be 140 curated fashion retail stores and a dedicated Streetwear Hub. Segun Agbaje, GTCO Group CEO, emphasized the platform's role in discovering talent and connecting businesses to new markets.
