United Bank for Africa Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors approved the Group's unaudited financial statements for the nine months ended 30 September 2026. The statements will be published alongside the Group's audited half-year financial statements, pending Central Bank of Nigeria approval.
United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) filed a corporate action notice on 30 October 2026, informing the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that its Board of Directors met on 29 October 2026. At that meeting, the Board considered and approved the Group's unaudited financial statements covering the nine months ended 30 September 2026.
According to the filing, the unaudited nine-month statements will be published together with the Group's audited half-year financial statements. That publication is subject to the requisite approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The notice was signed by Bili A. Odum, Group Company Secretary and Legal Counsel, acting by order of the Board.
No financial figures were disclosed in this filing. The actual results will become available only after the CBN grants the necessary approval and the statements are formally released to the public.
