Hansi Flick Extends Contract with Barcelona Until 2028

Hansi Flick has agreed to a contract extension with FC Barcelona that will keep him at the club until 2028. This decision follows his successful management during the La Liga campaign, where Barcelona secured the title with three matches to spare, finishing the season with 100 points.

This victory marks Flick's second league title win in his first season with the club, having replaced Xavi in the summer of 2024. The contract extension includes an option for an additional year.

The announcement came during an emotional weekend for Flick, whose father passed away shortly before the match, leading to a minute's silence observed at kickoff.
