Pat Utomi Clarifies Peter Obi's Strategic Move to ADC Amidst 2023 Elections

Political economist Pat Utomi clarified that Peter Obi's move from the Labour Party to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the 2023 presidential candidacy was not a sudden decision. Peter Obi, along with other Southeast leaders, officially joined ADC in Enugu State.
